  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may incur a nominal cancellation fee.

To perform doorstep services, the customer agrees to provide our staff with access to a water connection and an electrical outlet. Failure to provide these may result in service cancellation.

4. Vehicle Condition

While we take utmost care of your vehicle, trackhg is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, or loose parts that may be affected during the standard cleaning process. Customers are advised to remove all valuables from the vehicle prior to the service.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices shown on the website are estimates for standard vehicles. Extremely soiled vehicles, luxury cars, or larger-than-standard models may incur additional charges. Final pricing will be confirmed before the service begins.

6. Liability

In no event shall trackhg, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our services whether such liability is under contract. trackhg shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
